We do not disclose your information to third parties for marketing purposes. In certain circumstances, we may disclose your personal data if required to do so by law or by any governmental body.

We may share your personal data with certain third parties in order to fulfil your order.  These include payment service providers, in order to process your debit or credit card transaction; and delivery companies, so that your gift hamper can be delivered and to provide you with delivery notification messages.

Our legal basis for processing your personal data when you place an order is to perform the contract between us, so that we can fulfil your order.

We rely on your consent for direct marketing communications.  Mailing list subscription is optional and you can unsubscribe by emailing us at sales@indiangifthampers.co.uk.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the products to you.  We may retain your personal data for longer in the following circumstances:  

• where required by law, regulation or similar obligations;

• for enforcing our legal rights; or

• as required to maintain adequate and accurate business and financial records.

If we transfer your personal data outside of the UK, we will ensure steps are taken to ensure that your personal data is secure, and we will only transfer it internationally using appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, where required.
