1. Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Currently, it is not possible to specify a delivery date. However, if you would like a gift hamper to be delivered on a certain date, please email us at email@example.com within 24 hours of your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We will always try to deliver gift hampers for specific occasions (e.g. Shivratri) on, or as close as possible to, the date of the occasion.
2. When will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries are made between 08:00 and 17:30. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to guarantee an exact time.
3. Do you deliver outside the U.K.?
Currently, we only deliver within the U.K. Please note that we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands (Guernsey & Jersey), PO Box addresses or BFPO addresses.
4. How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged per gift hamper. Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery option selected at checkout.
5. My gift hamper hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

6. Can I include a personal message?
Yes, please include your message in the message field provided when you order, and we will include it with the gift hamper. Depending on the length of the message, it will either be included on the Indian Gift Hampers tag, or included behind the delivery address label.
